Our History

Learn & Play Center opened it's doors April 1996. This establishment started with one child and quickly expanded to more than thirty-five children. Jeanette Byron-Brewster (Director) along with a vast number of teachers and strong support of parents; the school has grown and educated well over a five hundred children throughout the years. Learn and Play Center has become one of the well sorted daycare/preschools in it's community.

Not only are our teacher's OFC qualified, but all have earned their Bachelor in education. Teachers also take great pride in their work. At Learn & Play Center the children are taught basic academics. The children are also taught how to share, and play with their peers, and to get along with them.

Learn & Play Center is an educational facility that educates children 15 months to 6 years of age. Learn and Play Inc. has a tradition of excellence and responsibility to young students. We provide a wide range of educational services to children from teaching them their ABC's to taking them out on fun filled trips. Our children go on to kindergarten having a well-rounded preschool education.

Parents also know that the teachers and administrators at Learn & Play Center give their children pride in academic proficiency, a feeling of joy and pleasure in both learning and play, which indeed are qualities of our everyday curriculum. We will continue all faucets of our educational endeavors.
